Through a partnership with Baltimore County and the YWCA of the Greater Baltimore Area, Inc., United Way helped 13 chronically homeless, disabled women renew their lives. Over the last few years, these women have moved between emergency shelters and the street, living without privacy or a place of their own - typically owning no more than what they could carry with them from day to day.
