Charles "Chuck" Ecker
Charles “Chuck” Ecker is the superintendent of the Carroll County Public School System. He is active on many boards, including the United Way of Central Maryland Community Partnership of Carroll County. He is a former Howard County Executive and former teacher. With retirement in the future, Ecker looks forward to spending even more “free” time giving back as a volunteer and encourages other retirees to do so too. He’s obviously a strong proponent of early education as well.
