United Way is helping kids stay in school, ensuring our neighbors in need have access to healthy food and healthcare, and helping people find jobs and a safe place to call home. Local leaders volunteer on United Way of Central Maryland’s Community Partnership Board of Harford County to ensure specific community needs are addressed and every dollar is invested for maximum impact.

United Way’s family stability program in Harford County is focused on homelessness prevention for families in the Magnolia Elementary School area. The goal is to lift families out of crisis and move them to self-sufficiency by helping them before they become homeless.
