Please use the link below to access the application for the 211 Emergency Assistance Program. We ask that anyone interested in receiving assistance first speak with a 211 representative. If you have not spoken with a 211 representative yet, please call 211 to be connected with a Community Resource Specialist before attempting to apply or access the application.

We recommend using a smartphone to complete this application, since the application allows you to take pictures of required documents and upload them with your phone. Applicants will typically receive a response within two business days, but please note that high application volumes may create longer than usual response times.
