By registering for a volunteer opportunity or event you agree to the following additional terms:

For valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, I hereby give to United Way of Central Maryland, Inc., its nominees, agents, assigns, affiliated agencies and member agencies, my free, absolute and unlimited right, consent and permission, waiving all claims for any compensation by reason thereof or for damages by reason thereof, to use, re-use, publish, republish, exhibit or display in any way, with or without identification of me by name, any photographic portrait(s), picture(s), film(s), video(s), digital image(s) or other depictions of any kind or nature (hereinafter “IMAGE”) of me of in which I may be included, in whole or in part, or composite, whether or not distorted in character or form, without restriction as to changes or alterations, in conjunction with my own or a fictitious name, any reproductions thereof in color or otherwise, made through any medium, and in any and all media now or hereafter known for illustration, promotion, art, advertising, trade, or any other purpose whatsoever. I also consent to the use of any printed, spoken or other matter in conjunction of juxtaposed therewith. I hereby waive any right that I may have to inspect or approve the finished product or products and the advertising copy or other matter that may be used in connection therewith or the use to which the IMAGE may be applied.

I hereby release, discharge and agree to save harmless United Way of Central Maryland, Inc., its affiliated agencies, grantees and affiliated members, and the nominees, agents, assigns, representatives and employees of each, from any claim or liability of any kind by virtue of any blurring, distortion, alteration, optical illusion, or use in composite form, whether intentional or otherwise, that may occur or be produced in the taking of said IMAGE or in any subsequent processing thereof, any publication or other use thereof, and from any claim or liability of any kind for any expressed, implied or inferred statement arising from the IMAGE alone, any accompanying printed, spoken or other matter, or any combination of the two, including without limitation any claim or liability for libel or invasion of privacy.
